1. Who We Are

Eviwell is a women's metabolic health and longevity brand owned and operated by JEM Brands, based in Omaha, Nebraska, USA. Eviwell is currently a pre-launch, informational website featuring educational content, a waitlist sign-up, and previews of upcoming supplement products. We do not currently sell products or process payments through the Site.

For the purposes of applicable data protection laws, including the EU General Data Protection Regulation ("GDPR") and the California Consumer Privacy Act ("CCPA"), JEM Brands is the data controller responsible for your personal information collected through the Site.

2. What Data We Collect

We aim to collect only the information necessary to communicate with you and improve the Site. Specifically, we collect:

a. Information you provide directly

• Name — collected when you submit our waitlist form.
• Email address — collected when you submit our waitlist form, so we can notify you about product launches and Eviwell updates.
• Any other information you voluntarily provide when you contact us directly (for example, via email).

b. Information collected automatically

• Usage and device data — such as IP address, browser type, device type, pages viewed, referring URLs, and time spent on the Site, collected via cookies and similar analytics technologies.
• Cookies — small data files used for basic site functionality and analytics (see Section 8, "Cookie Policy," below).

We do not currently collect payment card information, government identification numbers, or health/medical information about you individually, as the Site does not yet process transactions or health assessments.

3. How We Use Your Data

We use the personal data we collect for the following purposes:

• To respond to waitlist sign-ups and send confirmation emails.
• To notify you about Eviwell product launches, availability, and related announcements.
• To send occasional email communications about Eviwell content, offers, and updates (you may unsubscribe at any time).

We do not use your data for automated decision-making or profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects on you.

We retain waitlist information (name and email) for as long as needed to fulfill the purposes described in this policy — generally, until you unsubscribe, request deletion, or until the data is no longer needed for legitimate business purposes (for example, up to 24 months after your last interaction with our communications). Analytics data is typically retained in aggregated or anonymized form and may be kept longer for trend analysis. You may request earlier deletion at any time using the contact details in Section 7.

5. Third-Party Sharing

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We may share limited personal data with trusted service providers who help us operate the Site and communicate with you, including:

• Rectification of inaccurate or incomplete data.

Our legal basis for processing waitlist data is your consent (when you submit the form) and our legitimate interest in operating and improving the Site and communicating with prospective customers.
